- Promoting STEM subjects among female high-school students (Techamp@Polimi, Coding Girls, Enginhering Polimi, Stem in the City)
- Girls@Polimi scholarships for female students who choose to enrol in engineering courses with a lower uptake among female students
- Tax exemption for students with dependent children under 6 years old
- Financial support worth EUR 15,000 for women lecturers and researchers who resume research work after maternity leave (Family services)
- Free crèches for female students, PhD students and research fellows, thanks to the Equal Opportunities Policies (POP) Strategic Plan
